The Sauvie Island Volunteer Firefighters Association is again offering scholarships of up to $1,000 for students pursuing a career in either a fire science or medical-related field.

You may qualify for scholarship consideration if you are:

1. 1)  a member of the SIVFFA

2. 2)  an immediate family member of a Volunteer

3. 3)  a child or grandchild of a past or present Volunteer

4. 4)  an island resident seeking fire science or medical fields of study
